Our “little bombers” classes are designed to introduce children to the martial art of jiu-Jitsu in a fun and safe environment. These classes focus on teaching children the fundamental techniques, principles, and values associated with JIU-JITSU while also BUILDing THE NEXT GENERATION OF CHAMPIONS BY INSTILLING IMPORTANT CORE VALUES LIKE CONFIDENCE, SELF-DISCIPLINE, RESPECT, AND MORE THROUGH THE MARTIAL ART OF JIU JITSU.

Kids can typically begin jiu-jitsu classes as young as 4 years old. we try to pair similar age and level children together to ensures that the curriculum and training methods are practiced in an age-appropriate manner and coaches can cater to the specific needs of paired groups.

  • athletic clothes and flip flops are recommended until you are ready to invest in a gi (uniform). we do recommend purchasing a full uniform as it will be part of the belt promotion experience for your child.
